You're company is meant to be offering a service and get paid for it, as such the full experience and knowledge is on your side yet you do stupid things like include at a cost road side assistance when the new cars mostly come with that as part of the car dealers package, so why not inform the customer of this if they have not known of it. The advertisement of open and full disclosure seems like it is way over rate when compared to what is actually delivered.
My suggestion though is investigate why some people get good treatment and others do not, such as huge delays in simple replies to emails and I mean over a week or more.
